I’m leaving it all on the field, team.
Tomorrow, all ballots will be cast. And once all the votes are counted, the Democratic nominee will have to hit the ground running to defend this wide-open U.S. Senate seat from ex-NFL reporter, MAGA Michele Tafoya.
There’s no time to waste, no room for mistakes and every single thing we do today matters. You already know the outcome of this race will directly impact whether or not Democrats can take back the Senate majority and put an end to Trump’s MAGA agenda.
We’re in the final drive of this primary campaign, and I still need you on the field with me. My team is still sprinting to reach every voter and keep my TV ads on the air — and raising enough resources to keep them going through the final quarter is essential to our ability to stay competitive.
MAGA Michele spent years reporting from the sidelines, and as far I’m concerned, that’s exactly where she belongs. If elected, she’ll be another rubber stamp for Trump’s agenda that’s bad for this country and bad for Minnesota.
I’m up against a primary opponent who has never run a competitive race against a Republican before and a Republican candidate who has the Senate GOP’s campaign arm pouring millions into this race to attack me. Just last week, NRSC Chair Tim Scott said that Minnesota was one of 4 states the GOP has their sights set on FLIPPING and that we shouldn’t “sleep” on MAGA Michele. That’s a threat we should take seriously.
She’s had the full backing of the Republican machine since she launched her campaign. Republicans are going all-in on Minnesota, so this team has to go even harder. Right now, every dollar we raise helps us move the ball so we can make it into the endzone. Your support directly helps us organize and strategize, so that we can win tomorrow night.
I’ve run this campaign with a loyal team behind me, and I’m hoping that I still have your support. Every quarterback needs a running back they can throw the ball to. And I’m calling this last play, hoping you’ll step up.
There won’t be any hail marys in the form of million dollar checks from a few wealthy people. We rely on committed grassroots supporters who understand the stakes of this race and are willing to get off the sidelines to help me keep this seat blue.
But let me be clear: this is going to be one of the closest Senate races in the country — and I don’t intend to walk away wishing we had done more while there was still time on the clock.
The funds we raise from grassroots supporters right now help keep us moving down the field and give us the resources to finish this campaign strong. We aren’t holding anything back.
We’re leaving it all on the field.
